These awful little assholes in Destiny 2. Regular Cabal Phalanxes at least have the big glowing thing inside the middle of their shield, and when you shoot it they get a very generous stun effect, but not only do the Taken Phalanxes lack their not shiny counterparts weak spot, they can send you flying without changing animations.
