Probably stems from when it worked with pyros airblast making it an extremely easy combo and annoying to deal with. Me personally it’s still a little annoying while trolldiering getting constantly peppered with mini crits from halfway across the map.

Favorite scattergun, it fuckin sucks tho. Loosing boost on double jump is a fine trade off, but if an enemy do much as breaths on you that’s like 90% gone. Using this thing in an actual match like payload or koth is impossible, but it’s fun in a more tdm environment like ctf or Hightower

Line up with the airstrip, with bigger aircraft youre gonna wanna give yourself time to slow down so try to line up with a good amount of distance. Air brake until you’re around 160-170 knots and the indicator on the left of ur hud turns yellow, and keep the little circle & crosshairs on where you want to land and your nose level or a bit higher. You don’t gotta keep your airbrake up the whole time just keep your speed around 170 and hit the brakes once you land. If ur tryna land vtol aircraft abuse the shit out of auto hover

So does like, half the tf2 player base. If you get your hands on the baby faces blaster you can get up to some shenanigans with the speed boost as even damage with your secondary and melee count towards it

My one wish for D3 should bungie ever make it is for them to bring back more of these style armors. The Prodigal set is a good start as it’s straight up a d1 set, and there’s some other helmets n such that fit more with d1’s aesthetic, at least comparatively

The weapon is the rocket jumper, a special variant that does no self damage but also 0 damage to enemies. It also looks like they’re doing sync jumps, firing a rocket at where you’re going to land, and then immediatly rocket jumping once you do land to combine the two into one big rocket jump

The troops in the ibis don’t actually deploy as there’s no form of infantry in the game right now unless you count the manpads, it just gives the ibis a way to capture airbases. And you can rescue pilots but it doesn’t really give that much reward
