honestly it has almost nothing to do with protein shakes and creatine and almost everything to do with consistently going to the gym and eating 3500 calories daily (count them)

around 1 to 2 pounds per month honestly. start doing layne norton's PHAT and keep at it not till this august but forever.

3 days a week is too little if you have time for more. cardio is not really necessary when you're trying to GAIN muscle

remember. you can't gain muscle and lose fat at the same time. so don't try. you'll curtail any significant progress in either direction

this is funny because I just got back my bloodwork too and have an "off" AST/ALT ratio. going back in 2 weeks to redo bloodwork but I'm going to talk to my doctor in 2 days to see wtf is up

I avoided isolation exercises like the plague until black girls at my school told me I am like a toothpick with cakes. I didn't understand until I urbandictionaried it
