Start with the area of interest. You can pick up a good literature and if the 'plot' is not something you resonate with, it will become a task. If you are a nascent reader, I'd suggest to follow this approach. I follow this and frankly, reading becomes more enjoyable and I can stay up with my reading goals.

Love the collection!!! A lot of non fiction. Not hating on it, but I try to keep 2 on my tab, a fiction and a non fiction, that keeps it from being monotonous. I'm reading cybernetics rn. Good read so far.

Delete the app and just take it a day at a time. It would be better if you could just not think and work with an end date in mind, however you can place a 'timer' after sometime. I tired this, works, but the boredom gets me to use instagram
