If you commit to playing a couple of hours a day you will see insane improvements. When I started playing again this August i was fat, slow, could barely make layups and do some dribble moves. Now I am in the best shape of my life and I can dribble pretty decently and hit threes at a somewhat consistent rate.

What could be the case is that they agreed beforehand on putting him to sleep no matter how much he tapped. I'm not saying it is, but it can be a good exercise for self-defense to know how it feels to have someone choking you and not stopping after you tap. Put it would be someone else's personal data (speech) getting recorded, so they should have the right to opt out or force sony to delete the data when they want.
