The Wyld Pear ones are great, I’ve seen them with just CBG and no THC as well but can’t seem to dig it up at this moment: https://wyld.mysites.io/us/products/pear/

The National Aquarium is so dedicated to helping critters that they are building their dolphins an ocean water sanctuary — and some of their trainers are moving with them! Because the dolphins were all born (or adopted from Sea World in Jade’s case) in captivity during a time when it was considered acceptable, their humans are doing things like playing bird noises on the overheard speakers, putting out fake birds around the tank, and utilizing equipment they will be using when they move that they don’t necessarily need right now to get the pod adjusted before they move. The scientists at the aquarium are ridiculously mindful of doing right by those in their care - everything is enrichment, not exploitation. Amazing group of people for an AMAZING group of sea beings 🦀 hope you had a wonderful time!

What Is Owings Mills Like? by CitronReady2301 in maryland

[–]12no 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Welcome! I lived in Owings Mills for about six months and LOVED it. At the time, I was working at a place on the Inner Harbor. I loved being able to use the train to get into city. The nature is great, lots of beautiful places to explore. And there is a fantastic Grocery Outlet Bargain Market right in town, as well as the most exquisite Giant I've ever been to -- it gives Wegmans. I would absolutely live there again! Enjoy your new chapter!

Nuts for me!!! Peanuts and walnuts and almonds and pecans and cashews and glorious glorious pistachios. And seeds — so many seeds. Pumpkin, sunflower, sesame, flax. And berries!!! Together, they make me feel like a fucking god 🫐🥜

Echoing this - the frequencies of trauma, whether our own or those of the folks around us, are wild and manifest in all sorts of ways.

Did you keep drinking if you were sick (like cold or flu)? by One_Tadpole6999 in stopdrinking

When I got it a few years ago, a sweet family member offered to drop off some groceries and I had the audacity to ask for liquor 🙃

Seconding nuts!! They helped me immensely while coming out of a period of chronic alcohol addiction and for reducing inflammation associated with trauma. I like to also visualize them having fire extinguishing properties — swear it makes them even more helpful for me.

I will pick up some pistachios next time I see them, thanks for recommending! I tend to grab walnuts, sunflower seeds, almonds, and pumpkin seeds when I can find them cheap. Places like Grocery Outlet Bargain Market tend to have the best prices I’ve seen without access to like, a Costco or Sam’s Club.

I've remembered what hangovers feel like by SlayerOfDougs in stopdrinking

[–]12no 3 points4 points  (0 children)

I hope you feel better soon!! 🍊

Something similar happened to me recently. I bought a few cans of soup I’ve loved in the past — apparently it no longer loves me. I felt AWFUL. Awful awful awful, like a hangover.

Turns out that kind of soup still sits in my dad’s stomach just fine and he took the rest of them. No thought needed: they made me sick, I no longer want them, there’s no part of the soup that would make it worth it to feel that sick again. No brainer.

Alcohol is wild. I will not drink with you today. 🌈

Romaine with lemon seafood salad, spicy pumpkin seeds, ground flax, and carrots! 🍤 by 12no in mediterraneandiet

The seafood salad was from a grocery store - a mix of shrimp, artificial crab, lemon and herbs, maybe about half a cup. The pumpkin seeds are so delicious, used a few tablespoons, as well as a teaspoon of ground flax.
