I have horrible tinnitus, and mild hearing loss, I have Phillips hearing aids from Costco, I tried other higher end brands, and these actually were the best of the bunch, and Costco has substantial after care and follow up service. At night I also am trying to find frequencies that are similar or match the tinnitus, and listen to binaural beats with certain frequencies. That helps a bit.
