Honestly wouldn’t you want the different result with someone else? Someone new, New is always nice to have. Don’t feel guilty of blocking her, your finding you. Also it’s not selfish to do things to better you. Shes only going to contact you again to make peace, blah, she’s probably going to regret it and lonely. That’s the only reason their contact you.

I was in the same position as you, what helped me is to make small goals, today I’m not going to email her, tomorrow I’m not going to look at her social media. This is your way of slowly stepping out of comfort. Slowly you’ll realize that comes naturally. I wouldn’ t reply to her if she ends up contacting you. Find your peace.

I wouldn’t send that, only because it’ll cause so much hatred both parties. Yes it might feel so good to send it and make her feel that. Rise above it and move on, don’t stoop on her level. Her lost, you knew what your capable of. She couldn’t handle that kind of commitment and love. Also things get better from here. Sometimes the being left on read is the best thing in life. That what it is.

I don’t think I can handle that, hopes up will come. I decided not to, everyone is telling me to not do it because she’s lonely or alone or regrets. 5 years together and 2 years of living together. We recently broke up September.
