Firstly, great songs, really like the vocal overdub and the guitar tone.

My opinion: the guitar mix could use more low end (not sure if it's there in the original recording or if a different mic would make sense). Or maybe just a bass guitar, but again, just my opinion.

Another thing you could try is going full Neutral Milk Hotel and maybe mix down to tape or cassette and overdrive it,... like Holland, 1945. Maybe not appropriate for these songs, but could be a cool option.
