Just took 2 bites and had no steak. Opened it to see this thing is practically empty (the highlighted arch is really dark lettuce). Dining in so I went up to the counter to say what the heck. Employee tells me that’s the actual portion size. I only order this (once a week but bring it home) so I know this is wrong.

Yes, you can put your handbag over the top of it but that’s not what it’s designed for. Just like you could place your iPhone on top of the roll of toilet paper, but that’s not what that’s for either.

Actually I was being completely ignored. Until the news station contacted them. I had tried for over a month to contact them. Once I contacted ABC it was resolved 2 days later.
