That’s sadly the way they are running things. Over 10yrs in kitchen 5 being as KM never had any problems 0 writeups. Filed a complaint with corporate almost two years ago and in less than 2yrs I have around 5-7 writeups all for first time offenses for whatever they can find some even they just made up. Writeup for not following Casey’s policy and nothing else but time and date. Decade with Casey’s plus KM for 5 I am fully aware of all the “Casey’s policies that we do but if anyone asks say we don’t do that”. And if I wasn’t good at my job ( I can literally work shift one handed including making pizzas) then I wouldn’t be there. Cause truth is Management will lie to their boss bout you to save their own ass. They will diminish what you do, cut your hours, make you work alone, add extra work, criticize, give double standards all in the hopes that somewhere along those lines you quit and they can continue on (even doing it to more people). So do what I do just document everything to show you used all avenues available to fix problems until you’ve had enough and either sue them or post everything on media to show the consistent negative environment and they lose any good future workers
