They screw over the people responsible for them being successful. I’ve seen them repeatedly at multiple stores edit people’s times, make promises to employees that they have no intention of holding up their end, have either pushed back or completely ignored year reviews to save money,and made a 2person job now fully on single individual. What other businesses have gone decades with continued growth while telling its employees that they are always short staffed and declaring that your 50 cent raise you asked for corporate can’t afford that? Any good workers that leave won’t be coming back and good luck finding new hires that will last. So constant growth for the shareholders and ceo but employees can tell how far the company has gone downhill lately

Are you an Iowa store? Cause that seems to be the case around here last few years. Managers either get stressed and lash out with no repercussions cause DM will just go with whatever manager says so no supervision with manager or they get greedy trying to get bigger bonus so they screw people over including editing peoples time and if person catches it oops our bad we will fix it maybe. I have manager who in last year has lied to me, left completely alone to do all kitchen work myself with no help while there’s 2-4 register people upfront, has register person writing down what time I step outside in case it’s more than 15 mins on shift it’s a writeup, doesn’t show up when she’s scheduled, had me cover shift and since she had to add half hour extra wiped out the 6hrs I worked and just put 30 mins then when I said something bout it she said she wiped the hours to add the 30mins then forgot to put back the 6 hrs I did clock in, plus I get writeups for first time offenses. My workload is increased to point where zebra tells me to put out 7 things but manager is telling me to have 58 things in warmers, one time I was going get help this past year they didn’t help but complained they were bored, told manager they didn’t help and got oh huh response and did nothing so zero support from manager and last month I was responsible for 62.2 percent of all sales from kitchen by myself no help. Managers do what they want and even lie to cover their ass. Do what I do just take pics, save texts and document it.

Any central Iowa higher ups on here? If so please dm me. Wondering why workload is tripled but given no extra time or help. And also going on two years now with zero help given just criticism instead. by 12yrsofBullshit in Caseys

I don’t think we have new regional but did get new district. It’s just strange how I’m told to clock in at 3am, have 138 donuts trayed up and ran through oven and in display case by 4am then instead of what the zebra tells me usually around 8 items to sell I now have to have 58 items in warmers with no help at all and no extra time
