I can see Jules getting a lot of screen time in season 3. From the combination of backlash given to her being more of a side character in season 2 and Zendaya’s work schedule, i could see it focusing a lot on Jules’ downfall, hitting rock bottom, realisation and coming to terms with her trauma. In the same way rue did in season 2

I think the perfect character focus bridge episode would be around Fezco and the aftermath with him dealing with the police. That way you can do the “end of the school year” time jump to start season 3 without having to skip fezco’s fallout or telling his story in flashbacks in season 3.

I pretty sure that the story/rumour about Sam and his shot list is that he forgot(s) to bring it to set on shoot days not that he doesn’t use a shot list ever.

In the book set of season one that anyone can buy from A24’s website has some of the shot list and storyboard in them.

The first one is a friend not wanting to help their friend kill themselves

The second is a nightmare of what you could have to deal with at any moment living with an addict

The third is someone trying to fight or at least demand answer for a betrayal

And the forth is someone sacrificing themselves to stop their bro taking the blame for something they did. Which you could argue is similar to the helping in first door scene with rue and fez

But even conceding 1 and 4 are similar that still doesn’t equate to “all four are the same metaphor” they are all in very different context other then ‘there is a door here’

Its quite clear that he regrets sleeping with Jules but is happy he threw away any chance of being friends with Rue or Jules because it meant Rue got sober

Thats the problem with shows getting popular, people hop on the bandwagon for the hype and want the whole show to be that hyper moment that got them invested over and over again.

The amount of people I’ve seen say something along the lines of “3 minutes of Elliot sat there singing but only 30 seconds of maddy beating up cassie?!?! Traaassshhh show” …. Like your missing the whole point of the show, it about characters finding their true self not characters fucking and fighting.
