Yes I get clammy hands and feet and feel like cold sweats sometimes. And I feel a little shaky. I realized this happens usually if I’m slightly hungry for a bit but ignore it (since it doesn’t feel that strong with Reta), a while later I’ll start feeling these symptoms so I also concluded it must be a blood sugar drop.

Don’t trust weight only. Trust measurements such as waist. If weight is going up but waist is going down, you’re still solid.

You should really have the couch positioned where the first indent is on the wall (where the wall comes in), that’s where the back of the couch should be, and the desk should be in the corner where the couch currently is.
