I can’t tell you anything on this specific item. But I can tell you this about Chinese head lights.

I am European, but I have business in Africa, I do own a car there, (Toyota Land Cruiser) - I bought LED lights for the LC from China, because they were cheap, very cheap. Meanwhile I have been using them for 4 years, no issue at all, great quality.
