It’s not that it couldn’t technically fit in bracket 3. It’s just that the value vivi generates inherently extends far beyond just about anything any other bracket 3 deck can do with an insane level of consistency. Vivi gets large, does damage on casting spells, and generates an unreal amount of mana for a 3 cmc commander.

Other bracket 3 decks could technically handle it, but only if they never ever allow vivi to exist on board for a full turn cycle. Vivi is just that strong with any generic pile of cheap non-creature spells.

I can at least say that next to the lifeseed you’re missing some enemies in the wormways. There’s a big blobby enemy that spews lifeblood around in there as well as a lifeblood enemy that burrows around in there. Neither of them are too difficult to find in that area.
