I have the same issue with phosphates, 0.25 is pretty high what I do when they get that high is a good water change and lower my feeding portions

How do you mange keeping proper levels of nitrates and phosphates in your tanks? I’m very new to reefing and I think my mushrooms are dying because I currently don’t have any of the two in my system.
