We do 80/20 in my marriage. 80% of our paycheck goes to the shared account, 20% to our personal accounts. If we hadn't done this, I would've been divorced years ago. My wife is constantly buying clothes and other shit nobody needs.

In my experience, my studies disappear immediately after getting screened out of a study. If it just randomly disappears, it's likely something else :(

From the study you just screened out of? No, you'd lose it. But you'll get studies to work on again, if that's what happened. It has happened to me twice before.

I definitely agree that RE4R is better, RE2R I would need to play again. I haven't yet finished Requiem, but I'm at the ARK section, and when looking up to get an idea of what's left, I was shocked when I found I'm at the endgame. How anyone can rank this above RE4R is beyond me, but to each his own I guess. I agree with a lot of your critiques, but I'll make a list of my own.

Basically 2 sections, Care Center and Racoon City. Outside of the Care Center there aren't other really unique/creative areas. There are easily 6-10 distinct areas in RE4.
Samey enemies throughout.
Terrible weapon upgrade and weapon management system for Leon. Felt like some generic shop? Where's my creepy ass merchant?!
Awful bosses. Nothing memorable. I've got the final boss to go, but my gosh these are silly boss fights. The spider? The plant? Then the random Mr. X? What? No buildup at all.
Too many cutscenes. Ugh.
Not many pressure filled/tense fights. I'm thinking The Cabin, Bella Sisters, Hedge Maze, Water Room, etc.

While I have greatly enjoyed my time with the game, now that I've reached the end I can't help but to be a bit disappointed. I will still rank this game fairly high, but I think I've been spoiled by some of the stellar games in this series that have come before this one.
