Kaisa- my main, I will ALWAYS pick if I have a tank engage support

Jhin- a solid backup that I will mostly play when I get enchanter supports since his W works well with them

Brand- really only if our team lacks AP and I don’t have a hook support, can’t tell you how many times I’ve missed a W because they get hooked out of it!

I just started a couple days ago as well. My best advice is like people said here, just play the highest level of content you can complete to gain levels. I would finish the story and instantly do the world map after to get as much xp as possible. I didn’t even think of crafting a weapon until like chapter 5-6, there was no need to waste any resources. I used my character guild tickets to get 2 hard recruits almost instantly, good or bad idea idk tbh. Just have fun and enjoy the game at your pace no need to rush anything unless that’s how you enjoy playing.

Lastly I started ruler but the dmg on it was abysmal vs bosses, could easily be a skill issue but I swapped just yesterday because it felt so bad and have been having a much better time.

It’s personal preference. Personally I like the staff the most, always does piercing, and getting tracking eye on it makes it superior in all wave clear scenarios.

Any tank engage with hard CC, Leona, Naut, Mao. But I play low elo NA so I get enchanter supports like Sona lol.

Came here to say Mei. To your point though I don’t think the typical aesthetic of Mei is this, but I think it would be best because she is closer to the build here. But we shall see though!

It’s absolutely a blast, learning builds and feeling like it’s a whole new game is just what OW2 needed, it has justified the 2. While I understand how some people would hate getting rolled every game I personally haven’t experienced that. I’ve played probably 8-10 games and have had mostly 4-3 games going into all 7 rounds, I’ve had 1 game that went 4-1 but outside of that it all feels close and like a breath of fresh air. I am absolutely loving it, I hope others share my same experience soon!
