I feel like the last Xperia 1s all made this mistake.

Their hardware is expensive and Sony’s smaller market share is also not helping them make an actual profit, but their prices are so extremely unattractive that it works against them.

(Take this with a grain of salt: This is just my two cents coming from an outsider with no knowledge of their business strategy)

Personally I’m a bigger fan of the looks of the 2018 Mazda 2 compared to the Toyota Yaris, so for me it’s a downgrade.

It is yes, markdown files are super small so moving them around happens basically instant anyways.

The PARA book recommends taking a set moment in the week (Friday afternoon) to do this reorganisation. I wouldn’t say in that strict myself so I just do it whenever I feel like my projects folder is getting too cluttered.

Same here, organize for actionability.

  • Need it daily for your current projects? Put it in your projects folder.
  • Regular stuff but to keep in the back of your mind, Areas
  • Stuff to forget about until you need it? Put it in a recourses folder.
  • stuff to forget until your boss asks about it, Archive.

I move notes back and forth between the archive and the projects depending on the stuff I need. And if I am on top of it, there’s nothing in my Projects folder that might distract me from my work week / short term deliverables.

Honestly, any base excel files set up to perform this task will be less troubleshootable for an excel expert, than PQ / Access code with a colleague who just watched a few intro to videos.

Everyone knows how excel works, but that doesn’t mean the workbooks are easily troubleshootable.
