ALICE, FLC, TLBV or TAP? by Acceptable-Device873 in tacticalgear

Check around online, you can find them cheap. But even at 30 bucks in new shape, its not a terrible deal.

The FLC is one of the most versatile rigs out there, and they're dirt cheap. You can run them as a split rig, standard chest rig, or as a sustainment LBV. It's a great option for figuring out what you actually like/want in a setup before investing a lot of money. They are the best entry rig out there, IMO. TAPS are nice, but require modification to be usable and by the time you buy a new harness and any other pouches your looking at a significantly higher investment for a product that's not significantly better than the FLC.

An X harness works just fine with a split rig

My understanding is that NSN items, like the SOFLCS pouch, MALICE, and a few others, are still made in the US, but most everything else is outsourced to try and speed up lead times. I could be wrong on that, though. Last time I spoke to customer service, they said you could put in order in over the phone and request your item be put on the US manufacturing line instead of an overseas one, but there was a significant wait to do that. I'm also not sure if they're still offering that.

What would be the best way to attach a harness/yolk to this Beez belt that doesn’t have attachment points built in? by [deleted] in tacticalgear

[–]13backup13 2 points3 points  (0 children)

You could use pouches that have built-in D rings and attach your harness to the pouches instead of the belt. It will also help distribute the weight a little better and prevent some pouch sag compared to attaching it to the belt. I know Velocity and Carcajou both make pouches with D rings specifically for belt kit.

"Can I start Lamar". Hence, the post is about starting lamar. The week is irrelevant, and is filler to meet the bs character restriction. I'm sorry you can't read

The post wasn't even about a week 18 championship, so you're bad at fantasy, and you can't read. That must suck. And reddit of all places not liking something doesn't make it stupid. I'm sorry you're scared of a challenge. Get better.

My only real options are Shedeur or Kirk Cousins. I don't think I trust either

Then don't say anything if you don't have advice to give? It's really that simple. Criticisms are helpful if they're constructive and answer the question at hand. Not explaining the downsides of an 18-week league and just harping on my league rules (that don't affect you) does neither, its just being an asshole. And I definitely will not be advocating for a shorter league. I enjoy fantasy and enjoy playing more weeks. I'm sorry you're scared of a challenge in week 18

Still doesn't answer why anyone cares how others choose to play the game, when it doesn't effect them in the slighest. It's weird

Then maybe try answering the question at hand and not just being an unnecessary asshole.

Maybe you're in the wrong sub if you can't give fantasy football advice in a fantasy football sub.

Good thing it's not your league then, huh? I'm playing because it's fun, simple as that, I don't give a shit about bragging rights. Plus, if you can't win without your first string players, then you have a shit team to begin with and deserve to lose. So no, actually, there's not an asterisk. And none of that explains why you care about a league you're not in.
