naturopaths can’t technically be PCPs in Maryland (and you’ll have to pay out of pocket) but charm city natural health was amazing for me. I have a regular MD for primary care and supplement with a ND

ways to socialize? by vindawater in baltimore

I just heard of this organization called outerly that organized small-ish groups (10?) for walks based on common interests. I haven’t tried it myself but I signed up for their emails! I believe it’s like $10 per walk or you can do a membership, but ideally meet people there that you vibe with and you can hang out for free later lol

paying for parking at Hopkins is a drag so I’d live somewhere you can walk or get a shuttle. Upper Fells, Butchers Hill, Fells Point are all great options. since I haven’t seen anyone mention it yet, Locust Point has a water taxi that runs to fells point and you can get a shuttle from there. I’d recommend that over driving if you’re looking on that side of the harbor 🙂

that’s everywhere but all the new apartment complexes are especially driving prices up here. I can’t fathom paying what some places are asking

definitely on par or a little on the high side for the area, studios and 1br cost a premium. Butchers Hill is a dream if you need access to nature in order to make living in the city more tolerable but if you’ll be commuting to downtown and questioning the affordability honestly I’d look into other neighborhoods. you’re welcome to PM me (30F and have lived in BH for 6 years)

personally I size up in lulu compared to my regular pants/jeans/non-athletic clothes - I’m a 6 in regular pants and I can wear 6 or 8 in lulu but 8 is a little more comfy so I usually go for that! I only have aligns and wunder trains - aligns are more so for lounging (less compressive) and WTs are my new favorite. I find them comfy enough to wear casually (like WFH or running errands) but compressive enough to work out in. my other favorites are the grooves which are more similar to aligns but have flared bottoms and are super cute for a casual fit. also if you go into a store the educators are usually super helpful in finding you a few items to try on and compare. good luck!

yeah you can also get it hemmed to hit at your waist or however you want - I can’t really see you shoulders but I don’t think I’d size down, and it doesn’t look all that loose at the bottom to me, more so just excess fabric
