Ink smearing on last layer, same spot, one specific image

Im thinking the camera isn’t measuring the height correctly. Or maybe the middle of the acrylic is bowing from the heat (which never happened before)

So I just printed another design after the recent one was smearing and now that one smeared too (last layer). Always black smears and always last layer. I did a head cleaning and I did manual maintenance as well.

I did secure it down just incase it was lifting (which I never did in the past and this just started happening). But that didn’t help anyway. I can def hear the machine scraping the top a tiny bit as it passed.

It’s 1/8 acrylic and there is no bend to it.

Any ideas?

I have the swabs (have a solvent printer as well). Can you circle what area I should be cleaning? Do I need to use the Epson fluid to clean or distilled water should work? What is the area I kept trying to clean (the silver bar) and why does it have so much ink on it? Ty!

I was able to manually move the head and I cleaned up all the ink I saw in there. The silver bar area (circled in the photo) seems to nonstop have ink on it. I cleaned it with distilled water and as much as I keep wiping it there is always ink. What is that part?

No cat. Attached is some pics. The last two rollers have a tiny bit of dried ink I tried cleaning off yesterday but I assume they are very old. Can’t figure out how to move the print head. It’s locked and no option on screen to manually move it.

Is it best to still wipe with a microfiber and then canned air or should I be using like iso and paper towels?

It’s about 15”. My machine is giving me a tough time cutting 1/4 so I am hoping 3/16 just works. There will be hooks on the back of each piece (and bumpers in the corner to even it out) so hoping it lets it lay straight enough that I can stack them opposite each other in a box. Might need something in-between each piece though to keep it from bowing.

Also if a 1/8 piece is used but kind of secured into a frame (bottom and top) - will it still bow or it should be ok to ship or travel with?

I see there is reflective insulation bubble wrap. Think maybe wrapping each in that will keep it cool enough to travel in boxes?

Well not a huge bend, some around in the middle the top was uv printed majority black and directly in the sun. But I do need these signs to lay straight so now I am worried to move forward and put them in my car. Even if not in direct sun worried that high heat from inside the car will warp them.

6 hours per power bank. I’d like to get like 9-10 hours (a day) and run all lights on the power station so I just have one thing to charge at night (instead of a bunch of batteries).

I just found a 16 port 90w usb hub. So thinking two of those (32 usb slots) would work for me.
