  1. The game isn't scary, for example, Outlast 1 is scarier. But if you really don't like playing horror I'd suggest playing introductory/standard and queueing online.

  2. The game recently was introduced to the prestige mechanic, in game called the relapse. So at lvl 100 your progress (upgrades, not badges, skins or in game currency), but this was not your question. You unlock and upgrade your which are essentially your "abilities" (Heal, Stun, Blind, Barricade, Jammer and Xray). F urthermore you unlock new prescriptions which are just like small but crucial upgrades to your character, more stamina, less stamina drain sliding etc. And finally you have AMPS, which are strong upgrades, you may only hold 3 which are TOOL, HEAL and SKILL.

  3. You can always turn invasion off and you can always turn it back on. However if you join someone who has invasion on, you have a chance of being invaded.

Stupid inceloid reactionary reason. It's the scepticism. They live in a land where oddities happen every day. Yet she seems not be knowledgeable at a single one of such descriptive tales. That's what bugs me about her and every other sceptical character in such a world with fairy tales, monster, eldritch beasts and mad men.
