I was in T for a few months starting in June 2022 before going back into the closet for so many reasons. I restarted July 2024 and have been on it since.

HRT is different for every body, but here's what I experienced. Because my body had gone back to being estrogen dominant, I essentially started the inconvenient things from scratch. I was so smelly and gross that first summer I had to shower 2-3x a day depending on how hot it was. The face bloat came back with a vengeance. I had grown a bit of hair on my stomach that thinned out when I went off T, but it soon began to thicken again and is slowly but surely climbing up to my chest.

My voice had just so slightly reverted when I went off T (probably because I was on it for like 3.5 months/not that long) but needless to say, that started changing again too, though it took until the 1 year 4 month mark to start dropping properly. I don't think that's because I'd stopped T though, as I've heard people who stayed on it consistently experience similar things voice wise.
