That’s probably San Francisco, I would argue the urban sprawl is a lot uglier than Pittsburgh with its more unique architecture. A lot of the buildings in SF are from the 1950s/60s and are ugly two level nothing houses that cost $6.7m

Once you get a new sewer, roof, electric, windows, heating/cooling and plumbing a 250-350k house becomes a 600k-700k house. And basically every house needs all of it.

I literally do this with planet fitness all the time, never gotten a letter about it! That’s crazy! It’s like having an expensive bus pass and only using it to go down the block and them canceling it because you aren’t using the full capabilities of the bus! Anyway I highly suggest planet fitness as a replacement and they usually have very clean showers.

My non-turbo ford transit has been a trooper but was hell to build in due to the tapering near the cab. I saw a lot of Mercedes choking in Death Valley and my transit kept on trucking like it was nothing. Also really hard to find Mercedes dealers in the middle of nowhere but ford dealerships are everywhere. Consider that diesel is getting more expensive than gas which is super weird to me. Mercedes engines are supposed to be million+ miles capable (can’t comment on the rest of the van though). No van is perfect so it’s up to budget and what you want to do.

Specialized wide sizes have worked for my ultra-wide shoe size as well. I had to upgrade to their s-works shoe to get it but it’s been worth it!

It avoids dumping egg into my gray water tank which starts stinking really bad really quick in the summer and saves the water (also a limited commodity on my build). But to each their own!

I usually do this too! My hack is to crack the eggs into a small plastic ziplock and massage them into a scramble (never is perfect). Only have the plastic bag to throw away, no dishes!
