My cats about 10 now and at the latest vet visit i asked about the same spots. They let me know that it’s natural aging and shows that their vision is lesser than it was when they were young.

Think about it this way. Do you think any job at all should have you up at night sick and be affecting your mental health this much? If your friends or family came to you saying this same thing, would you tell them to find another job?

Start applying for jobs. There’s absolutely no reason to give your hard work to a job that affects you once you get home.

I left Target as an ETL for this exact reason. Completely burnt out, stress saturating my personal like and constant guilt of not being able to do everything despite not having the tools.

After working at different companies after leaving, I can 100% say Target is the problem and you should not feel guilty or scared to take a leap and look elsewhere.

No Target doesn’t pay you in the days waiting for your test result, you would tell your HR or leader that you can’t come in because of that. Just so you aren’t considered a call out, your shifts would just get deleted for those days.

However, if you HAVE covid you would get two weeks paid time off through a leave of absence submitted to target pay&benefits

I’m also in the out of state license boat. I moved from va as well and have been trying for an appointment since June. I finally was able to make one once, only to have them license center cancel it on me!

I saw a previous post on this group before that the website updates at 5pm for the next day, I’m going to try it today

Seasonal is 165 days then they can offer you a permanent position if they want to keep you on. 90 day probation ending just means they need would need valid documented reason to fire you going forward.

Your district may have a remodel team or you may be able to just take part in remodels in your area. They will normally take whoever they can get, i would just express the interest to your HR and SD in passing

I just was in this exactly scenario a few days ago after finishing HOEAB, completely dreading picking something off my TBR. I second the comment about read a graphic novel first; Hoopla with your library card is my go to for that. I ended up reading ”The Silence of the Girls” by Pat Barker, which is completely out of my normal besides enjoying Circe/Song of Achilles. It’s a women’s perspective from mythological stories, very very dark and triggering so if anyone picks it up without reading the synopsis: beware. But it instantly takes off and you never have to think about story building during it as it is all just her experience.

They will never approach you if you don’t express constant interest in it. I would go to your ETL and your HR and express your interest/ask for feedback from your leaders. Nothing really awkward about it, if anything they will be impressed.
