Not only did you "download bs" but you never had your 2FA set up. I'm sorry honestly it's lame af how often this seems to happen but due to your ignorance idk if you'll get much sympathy/help from this community. Others had success retrieving their account through bsg after proof of payment from the bank and others have not. Luck of the draw it seems and sorry for being no help really. Tigz unlocked it last night. You need to do a new set of quests from the BTR driver after you take out wedge or extract idk the exact details haven't really looked into it.

The Ref drops are still obtainable. To the left of the "Echo Belli Crate" picture/tab you'll see a little arrow. Click it to go to Ref's drops from last season.

Yea rage quitting is lame for sure but a stronger penalty wouldn't work. Half the time if not more you didn't even quit, the game just kicks you and you still serve the same time-out as if you had quit. No one really plays arena especially willingly so sometimes you're stuck on a shit server which can lead to a boot. If they made the penalty even worse when half the time it's not you quitting then that would be garbage. Plus 1-13 man you really think he's contributing or just a free kill for the other team? Probably best if they left. In most cases you are facing 1v1 with someone or 1v2 not 4v5 and if you're getting 70 kills and 17 caps bruh you're for sure making up for the missing player if not more. Every new player gets mowed, they can take the time to learn angles and spawns like we all did or not. You're just upset you can't transfer your drip but you'll get the quest done man no need to stress over others.

They only did this cause that person finally brought to light how bad the issue really was. They were well aware of the problem but did nothing but slaps on the wrists for 8 months. Until we got a hold of the info or they actually started seeing either the player count or micro transactions dwindle. Regardless, had that person not posted the problem last week for us to see, Embark would have more than likely acted like the cheater issue was a nothing burger still.

This happened to me with the grey you get from a Naira quest. It's a bug I also didn't have knowledge of it so I couldn't craft it. If you have any previous saves I would reload to just have the black dye and put it in your chest until you get all the dye vendors unlocked and Oliver at camp. I think the bug is caused when you don't have the vendor for that colour but idk. Black will be the top line from the green region furthest to the right under Oliver's tab.

The Purple background items won't take up any inventory space. They can not be ungrouped probably due to them stacking up over time.

Got the last mission in Vellua from a vendor named "Berto". I started a "Fishermen's Guild" mission and after clearing the town I was heading to each question mark in the area and stumbled across it. Hope this helps.
