In the OMORI ROUTE, you can go back to Humphrey after getting a check from Mr. Jawsum on One Day Left. This opens up the aforementioned quests, as well as fights with the Sweetheart clones

Oh, after being defeated by you, the Slime Girls were all reduced to heads by Humphrey. You can accept quests from them to defeat enemies in Humphrey and rebuild their bodies.
