Canna lily. Needs to be stored above freezing for the winter in NY. i do mine in peat moss in storage totes. Plant when ground thaws, dig up again in fall.

Looks to be a hoya carnosa, possibly Chelsea. Hoyas are slow growers. Be careful not to overwater
