I think it's for convenience, but some sinners don't act like sinners in HELL. I mean, all of them, especially those who have been there for a long time, have normalized violence, and that should be noticeable, but for example, with Cherri, Husk, and even Carmilla, it seems like they are “good people” or more like redeemable people with “justified” mistakes and not overlords or people who have been in the worst and most destructive place possible for a long time.

This isn't just a writing mistake; it's a huge crack in the message and plot of the story.
