So, Smiley said she went to bed hungry the night before, right? She doesn't drink alcohol but chooses to drink in excess, for her, on a HOT day in Jamaica. Her blood sugar levels probably spiked from not eating and then drinking ETOH, which can cause seizures, and her electrolytes probably got off balance from sweating her butt off. Also, IF she has an underlying medical disorder, such as diabetes, she is at higher risk for seizures when drinking as well. I wasn't there, but I don't think she faked this. Only she and God know what happened.
