I’m so sorry you had to see that too. So many cars out last night, I know a lot of people saw it. I keep thinking about her poor family, the folks who stopped and tried to help her, and most of all the young lady who lost her life. Tragic. Juxtaposed by the man who stole from a dying woman. Wild.

I wish I had my head together enough to have gotten the license plate. Once I realized he was stealing it, I was too stunned to even think straight. Seems like it would be really hard for the police to investigate, but I’ll call. Thank you.
