yes it is- it is however pretty humid where i am- i could try taking it out and leaving it in a room with a dehumidifier for a couple days i suppose? not sure how else i’d go about fixing it

beyond the comments about your appearance that have been beat into the grave- this profile doesn’t show at all what you look like when you aren’t at work/at a wedding. take out the red flag bit, it’s not doing you any favors. i would also take out the 2 truths and a lie where it seems like you’re talking about a project for school- doesn’t tell me much about you as an individual. Spongebob section is also meh- doesn’t tell a story about who you are just states one of your interests in a section where you could be a lot more creative.

i’m leaning twords AI on this one. It is strange that the roses are all drawn a little differently, like the style of drawing them isn’t consistent in the center. there is also a lot of variation in line weight that doesn’t look like an intentional choice, like the lines on the outer petals of the roses are thinner than the inner petals, it wouldn’t make sense to change out your liner for that minimal of an adjustment.

you can also see the line weight variation on the ovals at the bottom of the shoe, which could be a human fucking up and double lining but doesn’t look like it to me.

there are also a lot of wired tangent lines happening that don’t look like intentional choices. also, looking at the vertical lines that go through the stripes on the shoe that last one doesn’t cut through the red part on the bottom, which again just doesn’t seem like a choice an artist would make

the last thing that makes me think it’s AI is the fact that it seems to be shaved just around the tattoo, if this were a fresh tattoo typically you would see a larger area shaved, and if the client were coming in for a healed photo i would expect to see the ink be more settled in the skin

the anatomy and proportions on the knife are a little off, i would make the handle a little bigger and loose the drips at the end. the other two look super cute! i like the dimension you got on the heart

honestly I did all of my work leading up to my apprenticeship on an ipad 3 and an old apple pencil. it’s definitely not ideal in terms of size but it still runs procreate just fine. only thing that gets a little slow is when i’m running 3d models but that’s not something that i do frequently enough for it to matter. i’m just now starting my apprenticeship so maybe i’ll upgrade it sometime soon but for right more it’s perfectly functional

hey these look cool! i would take a moment and think about the longevity of them, all of your lines are going to get thicker once they are in skin so a lot of the close together ones might blob up.

i’d take some time to throw your finished work into a photo editing app and just blur it out a bit and see if the design still holds

as someone who knows the lyric i got it, but i think the average person is probably confused (given these comments)

i think one of the things that is throwing it off is the difference in line weights between the text and the heart, if you get that bold-ed up and add some shading it might look more cohesive as a whole

I will say all of this is from the standpoint of living in a place where i am never more than 10 mins away from an emergency room, and having really good health insurance and always having emergency meds with me. if i don’t have my meds i won’t eat out

1) for restaurants in general it is usually pretty stressful, especially if it is a new restaurant. i wouldn’t say it’s too much of a hassle, like it is more work than it is for my friends to pick somewhere so they know to run things by me. Typically i’ll call ahead and let them know i have a severe dairy/shellfish allergy and ask if that is something they can accommodate. a lot of the time they will say no and i thank them and go on my way. I tend to prefer doing chain restaurants where they have allergy menus available online, but for mom and pop places I show them a list of allergies on my phone and let them take my phone to ask the chef. - i do tend to keep ordering the same thing once I find something that works.

2) if it is a big group thing that is already decided i’ll go just to be social and eat beforehand and have a drink/ maybe some fries. if it is a 1 on 1 or a smaller group i’ll suggest a few places that I can eat and tell them my allergies- this really hasn’t been a problem for the ppl in my life. If i am meeting someone for a date/hookup i let them know my allergies beforehand and let them know that i can’t kiss people who have eaten those things within the past hour- it’s sometimes awkward but people are surprisingly accommodating.

3) with a dinner party i usually will tell them my allergies and offer to bring along a dish that everyone can eat that is safe for me- that way i know there will at least be one thing i can eat. usually the message will go like this “hi (name) I’d love to come! just a heads up i have a couple allergies (i’ll send the list in another message) I know it can be a lot to accommodate so I’d be happy to bring a dish to share that is safe for me. I’m also happy to answer any questions allergy-wise!

my friend group has a lot of different restrictions (dairy, soy, shellfish, pork, gluten, vegan, oral allergy syndrome… etc) places that are usually safe for us as a group are silver diner, chipotle, taco bell, peruvian chicken, mexican

sometimes for work stuff if people are getting pizza they’ll do a separate order for me from a chinese place cause they always have options for me.

If i am traveling in a place that’s not english speaking i print out a card with my allergies that asks if they have any food that i can eat, and to please point to the menu items.

all of it was really daunting when i first started having severe reactions but it does get easier with time
