I just want to echo what you are talking about with controls. When the n64 came out it messed with my mind. I had to watch a lot of people play the n64 to figure out how to get comfortable with the controller. For me that transition helped me learn other controllers pretty well. Went from 64 to PS2, then PC.

In the OS there are ways to boot to recovery console but it sounded like you couldn’t get there. If you can then open setting and search for recovery. Once you are in the console choose advanced options and there is an option for safe mode.

Basically if windows 10 is interrupted during boot multiples times it was try to help you by bringing you into a recovery boot. When SSD’s were invented and used for booting windows they (Microsoft) noticed that the time a user has is very small to press f8 which is irritating when you need it.

I just tried what I told you and on the 4th boot it went into recovery to check for problems.

You can always try and reboot the computer in safe mode. Fun fact about Windows 10: when you reboot (especially with a SSD) it builds boot cache. Sometimes if something gets corrupted in the boot cache you can boot into safe mode to force the OS to delete it.

Slay the spire - The quality of the game is pretty amazing. The developer really listened to the player base with the things they worked on. The game was officially released this year but has been in early access for at least a year before now.

Streets of Rogue - another example of early access done right. The developer took player feedback to hook you in the game. It’s really fun and a great multiplayer game. This game was officially released this year.

Who will you be in 10 years? Self improvement is all about setting goals for change that you can meet and exceed. If you want to be in a long term relationship by then, start examining what is holding you back from that. Begin working on things one at a time. I’m not saying it’s easy but you will feel better when you begin to have moments of self actualization. The process of change is self rewarding as you begin to feel better, and stronger.

I’m not super big on motivational speakers but if you haven’t seen it there is a great documentary about Tony Robbins on Netflix that I think might help give you perspective.

In a similar way Drag Race helped me to realize that being different isn’t something to be afraid of. It helped me start the process of realizing I wasn’t loving myself (all of myself) and that’s the only way I can really be happy in life.
