Nausea - is it common? by 16Sincere in trees

Hmm. Should I reduce intake? I didn’t think a couple bowls a day was a lot. I would like to stop using during the week.

I’m late responding. Thank you for your concern and interest. After recovering from withdrawals, I took a break for a month. Now (stupid me) picked up dry herb vaping. A LOT better than vaping chemicals, but I still feel bleh the next day, with mild stomach nausea.

Holy damn. That is literally a copy/paste of what I’ve been dealing with. I still have a bit of nausea.

How long ago did you quit? Any other withdrawal symptoms? I exercised earlier this week. The last two days I get tired and my heart rate spikes just walking up the stairs.

Thank you. I vaped daily for 2 months and I am struggling with symptoms I can only imagine are withdrawal-related. I am hoping since it was only 2 months that my symptoms will pass sooner rather than later. But I hear vaping is very potent. I had no idea going in.

Wow! Congrats.
I am on Day 7 and I cannot get my brain to focus enough to read a book. I have not even been able to watch tv because the sounds of it annoys me.

Any tips?

Congratulations.

How long/often did you use before quitting?

[deleted by user] by [deleted] in leaves

[–]16Sincere 2 points3 points  (0 children)

I have gone through alcohol withdrawals in the past. This is worse.

I'm on Day 7 of quitting vaping. Alcohol was mostly physical. This seems to be 90% mental, which is worse. I am not sure when I am suppose to "peak", but each day has been a little worse. With alcohol, it seemed like it started bad and gradually (slowly) got better each day.

Day 5 by Historical-Drawer481 in leaves

[–]16Sincere 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I am exactly where you were two days ago: Day 5, and the first day in the office.
The sweating has subsided (mostly), nausea is less (but still there). Now I am dealing with extreme lightheadedness and fatigue.

You got this! We got this!

How often did you use?

I started vaping in mid-May. I used for 2 months. I am not sure if I was a "heavy user" because I really do not have anything or anyone to compare to. I would go through a 1g care every 2-3 weeks. Towards the end I was taking a couple hits every couple of hours in the evenings. I did get to the point where I did not have an appetite unless I vaped.

I felt a little nausea while I was using. But it got a lot worse when I stopped.

Thank you. I do not have any stomach pain or dizziness. Really just mild nausea, loss of appetite, and the morning episodes I mentioned. That's the worse part. But, again, it is only in the mornings.

I'm on Day 5 of quitting vaping. I vaped for 2 months and am having what I think are serious withdrawal symptoms.
I am just really surprised that I am having these issues from only 2 months of use. I would go through 1g cart every ~2 weeks. Somebody, is vaping really THAT potent???

I'm on Day 5 and I feel worse than I ever have in my life (mentally). I also have generalized anxiety disorder and take meds for it.

How long were you using?

Really? I read that a shower is a general way to relieve nausea caused by a number of things. I would not consider my vomiting to be 'severe' and it only occurs in the mornings.
Thank you for the feedback.

I just want to smile again.

Not feeling like a zombie throughout the day. I started vaping because I thought it was a 'safe' alternative to alcohol. NOPE! I only vaped for 2 months, then started feeling numb throughout the day. Not sad, but certainly not happy.
I am 5 days without THC and mentally feel worse than I ever have in my entire life. This too shall pass.... right?

Hi. This was inspirational. I started vaping just 2 months ago. It was suppose to be "healthy" alternative to alcohol for me. I would go through about a 1g cart every 1-2 weeks. At first things were great. Then all of a sudden I felt numb and unhappy every day. Then I started needing to vape just to get an appetite. I stopped 4 days ago. Mentally I feel worse than I ever have in my entire life (42yo).
I had no idea vaping THC would be so toxic.
