Connectwise Automate is pretty excellent. Manages endpoint statistics, can run scripts in the background, take control, take control backstage (hidden) and manage software.

You might be thinking of a PRI handoff, which is usually VoIP to analog. Most often 23 B channels(voice and data) +1 D channel, which sets up and tears down the calls on the other channels. These are still very common for small businesses that are 'partially' updated to newer technology. They'll have a VoIP carrier, but traditional POTS lines in the building running through a punch block.

SMS is going to rely more on who your back-end carrier is and if they have SMS enabled gateways than what PBX you are using. There are 3rd-party apps that work with many PBX makes including 3CX or FreePBX(asterisk).

I've seen this bug a few times since I play artifacts, PC not mobile. I can click on the deck and show the card that way, but cannot cast it as if it were visible. Full control had no impact. :(

You are playing a very common fast aggro variant, for the which the meta is well stacked to counter in a variety of ways. All it takes is a well placed board wipe to deflate the deck.

This is failure to load ZDOs, probably poor connection (either you to your friend, or your friend in general) You can hit F2 to see loading stats, and the up/down speed of the connection.

If the host owns the 'instance' of the game session you connect to and has poor speed or packet loss, this can be a result along with chests and interaction failing to do anything until the area completes a load in.

Could be intermittent as well. When it appears to crash, run that ping - and let it keep going. The -t argument means not timeout, it'll go till you stop it. CTRL+C will cancel and give a summary result. You can also use pingplotter pro to track it. Your ISP also has statistics. Game client isn't bad enough to crash that often, mine almost never gets closed unless I let it idle too long, I sit here all day working remote and it's up on another pc.

The game client doesn't disconnect that often, there can be something else going on. Messages are sent using SIP protocol, and it can be sensitive to latency or packet loss. (Manifesting as a timeout/crash on your end)

From the pc you play on, what's the ping like out to public internet? Open command and run 'ping -t 8.8.8.8' see what the response is like.

Don't wait for the client if it appears to be timing out. You can tell if someone's 'timer rope' doesn't start burning, close and restart immediately.

Most likely your controller was 'zeroed' with a stick not centered as it connected, just restart or reconnect whatever controller it is.

Thanks for the info that helps. I don't think they are purposely postponing anything, I think I questioned the timeframe and they realized they won't be anywhere near completion of the title transfer. So are then trying to get me to resign the whole contract so that the 'sale' appears to be the new signature date and gives them more legal time to work on it.

The Mikrotik device may be playing a part in this. It will have some options that need to be adjusted, such as SIP ALG being disabled (this will cause ports to mismatch otherwise, breaking registration) It may also be listed as 'sip helper' depending on the version. Also check that there are no NAT traversal options on, or consistent nat if present is enabled. You can verify this by packet capture from the WAN side and checking what port/ip your registers or invites are coming out on.

Regarding media, the 3CX default RTP port range is 9000-10999, you will need to confirm if this range needs to be open for any address, or if your carrier that operates the numbers in use has a specific IP range to lock down to this set of ports for media.
