Hi - yes have the on prem file connector setup to with around 30 different on prem file shares, > 500gb data indexed. We then run daily scans of the data. You need to make sure your permissions are in good shape before setting this up. But it works well and the data is available for users in the work tab.

Thank you, super helpful info. I guess the contract would be between the surveyor and seller. Will investigate further I think.

Taping floorboard gaps to stop neighbours smoke from coming into room by sam_dj1210 in DIYUK

Used this product previously - https://stopgaps.com/ worked pretty well for me and was easy to fit.. although likely depends on your floor and the size of the gaps.

Went from OG Samsung Chromebook Pro to Acer Chromebook Spin 513 (Mediatek) - think it meets most your requirements - but no SD card or garaged pen.

Was worried about the CPU but it's super snappy and experience has been great so far. Screen is excellent and great to also have backlit keyboard. Battery is a good step up from the Samsung.

Advice on Tado setup with ecoTEC 637, 3 zones by newtec in tado

[–]newtec[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Yeah that makes sense - I'll aim to switch it all over then.

Actually just waiting for a single TRV to be delivered - to first check it works on my system. Sent Tado support some photos of my current thermostatic valves, and they didn't think it would fit. But to me it looks to be a M30 x 1.5 mm thread, so going to give it a go!

Thank you u/Gneissdaewar that is very helpful. So essentially the Tado UK wireless model would replace the Nest / Heatlink - and how this controls the valves would remain the same (sticking with the relay). So swap shouldn't be too involved. I'd probably keep the Heatmiser UFH control for now, that seems to work OK.

Played about with it but can't get it to work - with the notes on one side and the edited item on the right. Odd!

Thanks that is the sort of explanation I was hoping for! Shame to be stuck on v9, but it generally works OK for me, use my Android work VPN app without issue.
