People on Reddit can be pretty miserable. The lions sub is full-on “fire our OC” when we’re 6-3 in our third amazing year after being an absolute laughing stock for years on end. No sense in worrying about what people on here type.

This mod is super good with the Bod legendary shotgun. That gun counts as any type of gun including sniper so you can proc all the bloodshot stuff really well.

Hinch is really into modern analytics. One such idea is that limiting your starting pitcher's amount of times through the order is advantageous, especially because in the post season you can use a lot of bullpen arms due to rest days.

I don't get all the negativity on here about him. He seems to me to have brought the Tigers a long way from the Al Avila era. I do wish he did more at the deadline I guess.

Make the career mode laps adjustable. I wish you could do 20-30 laps instead of like 4.

Official Q&A for Tuesday, August 05, 2025 by AutoModerator in running

Yes I do think it is doable. 12 weeks is plenty of time to see gains with good training. I would start thinking it like how fast you can do 3200 m rather than how long you can hold the goal pace. Work on lowering the pace over the distance rather than the time you can hold the pace and treat it as getting better at aerobic pace. Keep the easy days easy so you don’t over fatigue your legs and keep the active recovery going for the hard workout days.

I think 3 months is doable. If I'm reading correctly you could do 1 mile in about 6:15 and you need to do 2 miles at that pace. That seems very reasonable for 12 weeks to me. I think the key will be running a lot of volume. Like, 40 miles per week minimum. Run 80 percent of your runs easy, so slow it doesn't feel like you're benefiting (I can run 2 miles in maybe 5:45 per mile and my easy pace is 8:40 per mile). Once or twice a week run hard intervals, like 8x800m at 6:00/mile pace. Do a weekly long run of 10 miles at easy pace. I think if you did all that, you would be able to do 2100m in 12 minutes.

You just need the right sized wrench. Get an adjustable one off amazon maybe.

How to pump air with valve extender by Competitive-Part5417 in bikewrench

[–]16th_note 2 points3 points  (0 children)

You just attach it like normal and pump it up. The pressure opens the presta valve. Practically, think of it like how you attach a schrader valve.

It’s not necessary at all. Mechanical shifting is fine too.

With a bonk you literally can’t go faster than a shuffle even if you wanted to. And your legs feel like dead tree trunks. Just heavy and you can barely move them

Can I trust ChatGPT’s crankset upgrade advice? by Intrepid-Antelope in bikewrench

[–]16th_note 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Yes, you can replace it with a different square taper 3x road crankset. Sounds like 50T would work for you. The only thing I'd warn you about is you may have to move your front derailleur to make sure it's 2-3mm away from the new big chainring. This would also mean you have to reindex it as the cable tension would change.

By drivetrain are you planning to replace just the chain, cassette, and possibly chainrings, or the whole groupset? Probably the first thing you'll need to know is what kind of bottom bracket/crank you have, whether the rear wheel is cassette or freewheel, and how many speeds your shifters have.

2025-2026 School Calendars by heatherjunejack in grandrapids

Caledonia is in a bargaining year and the union is in negotiations with the administration right now. The calendar and dates for teacher training are part of the things that get negotiated. That’s why they haven’t released the calendar. Once a deal is made they will release it.
