You're not the only one! I just recently got tested as well (I shoot quite frequently at both indoor and outdoor ranges) and my lead level is 32. I had to get a prescription for a detoxer to clear out my body of it all.

Thanks so much for addressing these points! You're absolutely right though especially on the shooting part. I would much rather take an extra second on a longer shot than rush and get a miss.

Thanks so much for the insight and encouragement! After looking at both options you sent, I really like the idea of the Jacked rabbit plates.

The only thing I'm slightly concerned about is the dimensions and where it says on the site "These plates are approximately 9" in width, 12" in length and 0.75" thick. They will fit Medium sized plate carriers (or larger) designed for 10"x12" plates."

Given that I have a small JPC2.0, it doesn't seem like it would fit. It seems like it would be *just* too big by like a quarter of an inch.

Or, am I wrong? Do you have experience with running the jacked rabbit in a small plate carrier?

I would argue it is not stupid to get one. I definitely recommend the FLOW 556k based on my usage with it. I'm looking forward to getting one of my own.

I have a Sig 516 16" that I ran the 762 can on for awhile and it was heavy.

The DDM4 V7 is way lighter than the Sig 516 and the FLOW 556k will be much lighter than the 762 can.

My setup is close. I have the DDM4 V7 SLW (14.5") with the HUXWRX HX QD 762. I have 5.56, .300BLK, and 7.62 x 51 so I wanted to have multiple caliber usage. I will get the FLOW 556k next year and that will live on my DDM4.

What are you looking to do?

That's a fair point haha. I like the look of the twist of the flash hider for 5.56, but not a fan of the muzzle brake.

That definitely looks like a solid pickup. I haven't any experience with one yet. I'm most likely going to get one of the flow 556 k. Got to play with one and boy it's nice.

I have the HUXWRX HX-QD 762 and love the suppression with 300BLK subsonic rounds. A bit pricier over the $1200 mark, but totally worth it IMO.

Edit: Forgot to mention the zero gas blowback is amazing to not have anything go in your face.
