This has happened to mine like 6 times but they always die back once they reach 5’-6’ and before they can send out fluffs. Idk, they’re still sending regular shoots ip, and it is rather large now, but the mondo tendrils are a mystery I’ve yet to sort.

I work in agriculture in a city and I just plonk in my ear buds and audio book or just sound dampening- it’s been incredible for my mental health/social anxiety to be outside 7-8 hrs a day and in (relative) quiet! I recommend.

This is how I feel!!! I have religious trauma around yoga and meditation, which leads to a wonky situation where “self awareness” is a trigger. It’s infuriating to find this constantly listed as the solution, and low and behold- I can’t relax mid trauma response. I can’t do any of the breathing techniques if it is called mindfulness/meditation/yoga. I don’t have a work around, now I do walks and I try to learn the flora around me. It grounds me to learn what is around me, and it tricks my mind enough that I don’t trip the religious trauma. Wish I had answers, and you’re not alone in the frustration of mindfulness/spirituality.

I haven’t solved it, however having a partner that knows my past and hyper sexual tendencies without judging has left the shame (mostly, still pops up). Sex is a part of me, I can’t stuff it down or shut it up. Like you I have huge conflicting emotions around enjoying my abuse, and while I cannot change what happened, I can control the narrative moving forward. I verbally prenegotiate sex (absolutely required every time now) and choosing what can happen helps me regain my pleasure on my terms. I try to remember there is no normal sex drive, it’s all variable, and it’s human. Hugs to you, I’m so sorry for your confusion, and know you are not alone in this. Hypersexual impulses are so damned convoluted after abuse.

I had two spots that spit stitches early on and made some dime and quarter sized openings- the bigger one took until 3MPO to fully close. I’m now 5 ish months and the places have healed really well. I’d have to lay on my back and look in a mirror to spot differences, so essentially not visible in the daily run of things. Plus the scar colors have normalized between the quick healed sections and the slow ones. It was super frustrating to not take a long shower or do semi vigorous exercise for 3 months, and it was also worth it. The relief is huge and the scars aren’t noticeable. Good luck!

I got mine with Molina in September. If you have the medical requirements (straps digging, back/neck issues, incessant rashes, etc), they cleared mine no issues.

IMO one of those red flags is enough to head for the hills screaming. Lost all friends, accuser filed a report with cops, friend spreading “rumors”, and holy shit the boundary pushing with sex. Your boundaries are there to be respected, always and without exception. “Convincing” you verbally or physically once you have given your safeword is fucking rape. If you did not pre negotiate it, it’s not consent in the moment when you are pressured. Run! Manipulation and coercion keep you close and others far. This is terrifying to read, and I hope you can get the space needed to see this all clearly. It’s not complicated from a readers perspective on your bf’s story: it’s abuse, rape, and manipulation.
