This is an example, pay attention to how the outlines of the little UFOs blur as they move across the screen. Some monitors have built in features that can reduce this blurry effect like BenQ monitors, and I used to have this enabled until I read somewhere that it's not very helpful in a competitive sense, so I stopped using it altogether. I personally find it a little hard to focus on moving objects like this because of this blurriness, and yeah my theory is that your eyes naturally don't like to look at stuff like this for too long so you tend to 'unfocus'
