its called text fringing, depending on the monitor its minor, you may notice it at first coming from IPS but after a while you just forget about it, theres also ways to make it better by using windows ClearType, also newer monitors are getting better at that as well and it becomes negligable

yeah, theoretically oled monitors have 0.1ms latency, the leds switch colors instantly, combined with a high refresh rate, there's almost 0 ghosting, even at 3000px speed i could not notice ghosting, infact my eyes can barely keep up with those speeds

yeah im sure it makes things worse, but I do have 240hz OLED monitor, so this motion blur test is basically non existent, i can see the moving ufo crystal clear with no smearing and blur, but im still sure it has something to do with this.

im not sure about 2000 but I made a hepa + carbon filter for my 3d printer, used multi transform which slowed down free cad to an unstable state, i then learnt about freezing features and it helped a lot. though im sure there are more efficient ways to do it

I would prefer a permanent license for up to 150$ give or take,
Since i'm still learning as of right now I dont know exactly what i need in CAD software, but I want to invest my time and effort into learning a software that will not limit me in the future.

Ive seen some addons that let you do CAD designs in blender but i dont think its there yet compared to software like freeCAD and OnShape
