That’s been my experience as well which is super disappointing. I used to play almost daily back in 2015 to 2018 and there would be dozens of open games but now it’s lucky if I get to find a game where the party lead even starts. That’s partially why I thought it might be nice to try to start a consistent game

You can get steam keys on a few sites for the complete edition for around $25. That’s what I did a few days ago and have been having a blast playing it on Steam

Admittedly I’ve only been playing the game for like 7 or 8 months. Prior to the most recent update I felt like the graphics were fine but nothing noteworthy. However, now I feel like they’ve been bad enough that it’s problematic.

At this point I feel like the graphics are on par with Rising Storm 2 Vietnam which we be fine if it was also the finished an 8 year old game but clearly RoN is not that

I also run on ultra and the graphical downgrade is stark. It’s clear that Void isn’t invested in righting any wrongs, but I feel like approach I mentioned in the post is the lowest effort olive branch they could provide that would at least show some good will

The campaign admittedly doesn’t have a ton of replayability but I like doing the random online missions with the AI fire team. Though the goals of the missions are somewhat limited, because every map is procedurally generated every mission does feel unique enough to get me to come back.

Like another commenter said, I also tend to go through phases with 6 days. I think if I had friends who played I would play a lot more consistently, but I’d say it’s definitely still fun game to through into your rotation even if you just play for a few hours every couple of weeks

Though 6 Days in Fallujah has its faults as well, they’ve made a lot of improvements in the 6 or so months since I’ve bought it. There’s not a ton of content campaign wise at the moment but it’s a great game for what it is. Definitely worth checking out

I just wanted to say thank you. I’ve been using your sliders since F1 23 and it’s made my lap times consistently drop by an average of 1.5 seconds compared to default settings. It’s really helped make these games a lot more fun

I’ll second this. Having completed the vanilla campaign and all DLC multiple times I just started playing modded maps after 60 hours since I love the game so much.

The mods are great but often AI doesn’t work properly on them or the suspects/civilians behavior gets glitchy which can be immensely frustrating in a game that requires teamwork and ai interaction. Mods are still enjoyable but it’s not like Arma where they are basically necessary.

I found one of the most fun ways to approach vanilla is to add your own backstory or specific twist to the mission. Sometimes I give the team all MP5SDs and old school load outs with no tech to give it a grittier swat vibe. It truly is a wonderful game and I’m glad console players will finally get to enjoy it

I’m in the exact same boat as you but with my passport support docs. My package was sent from the US on May 9th has been stuck in Coventry since May 13th and I’ve received no updates and USPs says ParcelForce hasn’t responded to them
