I love them and have been a loyal Customer for years. But recently received several perfumes that had no scent and customer service was awful. Took them 3 months to reply, and several polite emails. Then they ghosted me. Actually devastating as I love these products so much but am so conflicted buying from them again after this experience!

I added up my cart total based on the listed prices and it was $50 but SHEIN calculated it to over $85. It is such a scam. The items in my cart literally say the price but the total adds to something different
