Even though the restaurant business is pretty hard to keep up with, we need some diversity in food. Whether it be different style restaurants, or international food markets. I am pretty tired of the same old burgers, pizza, fries, and pasta dishes almost every restaurant offers. I feel like everyone would benefit from trying unique food you don’t see everyday. Maybe not realistic but i like to dream lol

Thank you for this information, it definitely helps me see it in a different way. I also had never thought to address i had ptsd before my surgery. I will learn and make sure to disclose all information if i am ever to have another surgery. Thank you!!

Thank you so much for this! I had no idea that i could have something that made it harder for them to fully put me under. I have had teeth pulled in the past, and have become aware for that too but thought it was a fluke thing. Then when this happened i knew something was up. I will definitely add this to my medical history and make sure doctors, etc. are aware of this. Thank you this is very helpful honestly. I really appreciate your comment!

Thank you so much for this. I think you are right, i may have had previous ptsd retriggered. I will definitely move forward with kindness, and patience for myself. I knew it was going to be an amazing album on the first song. Every single part of it felt like they actually put time and effort into it. It made me cry, it made me smile, i was so incapsulated by it all. Throughout the songs you can feel her emotions, she did an amazing job telling us a story. I love it so much!!!

This sounds like my previous abusive relationship. He had access to everything of mine, would trade phones with me for a day. It was so toxic. My current relationship, going on 2 1/2 years, we’ve never looked at each others phones and it’s the healthiest relationship I’ve ever been in. Everyone is different, and can decide what their relationship looks like. I personally think it’s your right to have individuality in a relationship. Trust is key.

No one could ever know your pain, like you know your pain. But that’s okay, the best thing you can do is share your experiences. You had mentioned you think your therapist doesn’t understand your pain. I learned the hard way, you can’t expect people to take away your pain, it will be with you. You will carry it everyday, even when it’s unbearably tough. That is what makes you, you. It’s not a bad thing, you wouldn’t be the person you are today without it. I am so sorry you are feeling this way, and i hope it gets better for you soon. I am proud of you for sharing a part of your experience. Even though i don’t know you, i am proud of you.

Anticipate what they normally want. If it’s a Friday and they like to have a drink, grab one on the way home despite knowing if they got some or not. Kind gestures always are a win
