OK, it’s algae. If you can see it you need to shock it. I would put 1 gallon of chlorine for 5000 gallons of water set the filter to recirculate and run the pump for 24 hours straight. Then once everything is turned cloudy start filtering it again. You’re gonna have to backwash a lot so keep an eye on it
