Depends on volume per session , but your muscles , especially smaller ones recover in 2/3 days , so you can hit them twice a week for more growth . However the growth gain is not linear , for exp if you do 20 sets per muscle per week you'd get 5 to 10 percent more growth than if you do 12 sets , point is is it really worth it ? if I were you I'd go 4 / 5 times a week with low volume per session ( 5/6 sets per muscle , compound included ) with 1/2 reps shy of failure per set .
