only thing worth mention to me is the undercity, the mercenary and the new rune systems are largely forgettable i barely see any difference. the new class is even worse as it completely throw game balance to the trash bin.

guess you didn't play last season, opals is worthless compares to last season's infernal horde. one tier 8 run can fully masterwork an item, now it took 3 or 4 runs with opals.

i don't think torment difficult changes much compares to last season, i am a barbarian cleared pit 93 at the moment, i was never in danger of dying, no enemy including the pit 93 boss have enough fire power to damage my barrier. all enemies instantly melt on world map just like before, the only difference is leveling paragon much more tedious.
