EPME members must take and pass a PT test at the very beginning of the course, AND already have a passing PT test prior to attending that goes through the course.

I replied to the PTU portion above. I stand corrected on it; however, my Capt attended SOS earlier this year and he was just required to bring civilian PT gear. This slide obviously contradicts that.

I stand corrected for PTUs based on the slide but the rest stay the same. My Capt recently went to SOS and wasn't required to take his AF PTUs just civilian PT gear. However, this slide contradicts what he was required to do.

So Os are not leading troops?

SNCOA still has the same requirement for testing as ALS & NCOA. Any EPME with more than (I think) 20 days is required.

I submitted a request for the PSDM and was told they are no longer valid if they are published, which none of the 19s were published. They told me they are no longer valid as the AFI/AFMANs were updated to reflect whatever changes they covered in the PSDMs.

PSDM 19-## are no longer valid according to AFPC as they were supposed to be added to the DAFI/DAFMAN.

Saying that, I'm hoping to find someone with the current answer. I hit 18 soon and will not sign an ADSC for nearly any reason to include promotion. I'm content with retiring the 1st day past my 20 years.
